History
Forester Moulding and Lumber was established in 1989 to manufacture high quality hardwood and softwood mouldings and other specialty products for the building and woodworking trades.

Bob Forester founded the company on the basis of his background and experience in his family's lumber business. Bill Mischel bought the company in 1993 and the company grew steadily under his guidance.

In June 2007, Concord Lumber Corporation acquired the company from Mr. Mischel. Forester Moulding is now a subsidiary of Concord Lumber Corporation. It becomes the fifth division of CLC. Others are Concord Lumber, Littleton Lumber, Forester Millwork, and The Kitchen Works.

Constant Improvement
Throughout our history, Forester Moulding has been committed to constant improvement. New machinery has been added continuously, and there is now the capacity to make 4 million linear feet of custom moulding per year. Our average job is about 1,000 linear feet. We are happy to take 300 foot jobs, and the largest are 40,000 feet or more.

Forester continues to add new services, such as glue-ups and turnings, to provide a full range of services and matching products for our customers.

Customer service has always been our primary focus. We make a firm commitment to our customers that our services will economically produce products that are high in quality and style, consistent, and innovative as we continue to improve.

Forester Moulding manufactures custom mouldings for customers throughout the United States, but our base is in Massachusetts (M.A.), Connecticut (C.T.), Rhode Island (R.I.), New Hampshire, (N.H.), Vermont (V.T.), Maine (M.E.), and New York (N.Y.).
